The "courts", "police", "governments", etc. are fictitious. Nothing but private fictitious corporations. We can never win while staying within their fiction. We have to dissolve the fiction entirely.
Don't consent to everything by identifying yourself as the Social Security number/Person-number (claiming the name the "government"/"state" has given you based on a non-existing document called "Birth certificate", which has never had any form of authenticity whatsoever).
The fictitious private corporation, calling itself the "government"/"state", only has one goal: To plunder and control us.
We have to say no to being and stop identifying as the birth certificate, as that is the consent to being incorporated and in the fictions might and main. The birth certificate being nothing but a copy/piece of paper with no authenticity whatsoever (you can get a new copy tomorrow).
We have to claim who we are and to be living, and then we can make claims for a small piece of land, an automobile, etc.– and more importantly, dissolve the corporations.
If we claim the "governments"/"states"/fictions name and number, then we are nothing but a fiction ourselves, registered at our birth and owned by the fiction. So never consent by claiming to be a number/"name", which you are not. Always ask the fiction for legitimation through authentic identification, because the fiction never identifies correctly/authentically.
A corporation is nothing but a fiction, as it has no real living man/woman as its owner. No one to make any claims whatsoever.
A cooperation on the other hand is the unity between two or more living men or women.
We will create cooperations again to claim our lands from the fictitious corporations, and let no one but living men and women claim and own actual pieces of land for themselves.

Indeed. In e.g. Denmark the so-called "State Police" has to identify correctly according to their own circular/act. It specifically states position, police station, name/number and the show of the police badge along with a "security part" which isn't specified. So the number only replaces the name, even according to themselves. And yet, they fail to identify over and over and over again.
We don't have to identify if we don't know who is asking. Even when being served at our door.
The so-called "police" always have to state their specific corporation-name, corporation-number and corporation-address, otherwise they're failing to identify. If in writing, it has to be written absolutely correct, e.g. take notice of small vs. big letters, punctuation, spacing, etc..
And apply that to all "government" corporations.
You will find that they will never identify. They are nothing but fictitious corporations.
