March 15, 2017 Charles Ortel talks frankly with ShadowCitizen hosts, Rachael L. McIntosh and Rob Ossell, about what he has uncovered regarding The Clinton Foundation. It wasn't millions, it wasn't billions, it was closer to a trillion dollars moving through the Clinton family via unprosecuted charity fraud. Ortell gives names, dates and places in this interview and has released his findings on his website, www.charlesortel.com.
Since February 2015, Mr. Ortel has been digging into the Clinton Foundation’s public records, federal and state-level tax filings, and donor disclosures, including records from the foundation’s many offshoots—including the Clinton Health Access Initiative and the Clinton Global Initiative—as well as its foreign subsidiaries. He has found that the Bill, Hillary, and Chelsea Clinton Foundation has a number of irregularities in its tax records and alleges that “The Clinton Foundation is the largest unprosecuted charity fraud ever attempted”.
For instance, The Clinton Foundation received $140 million in grants and pledges in 2013 but spent just $9 million on direct aid. He calls it “Commercegate on steroids”.
Mr. Ortel graduated from Horace Mann School, Yale College and Harvard Business School. He is on the staff of The Washington Times. Mr. Ortel has appeared in print, radio and television media with increasing frequency. Brass Tacks, his radio show, attempts to offer nonpartisan perspective on factors contributing to the unresolved, burgeoning financial crisis and discusses potential solutions.
