NKJV passages I demonstrate the uses of Good & Evil:
Matthew 7
17 Even so, every good (a) tree bears good (kl) fruit, but a bad (s) tree bears bad (p) fruit. 18 A good (a) tree cannot bear bad (p) fruit, nor can a bad (s) tree bear good (kl) fruit. 19 Every tree that does not bear good (kl) fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 Therefore by their fruits you will know them.
Matthew 20
15 Is it not lawful for me to do what I wish with my own things? Or is your eye evil (p) because I am good (a)?
Mark 7
21 For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil (kk) thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, 22 thefts, covetousness, wickedness (p), deceit, lewdness, an evil (p) eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness. 23 All these evil (p) things come from within and defile a man.
John 18
23 Jesus answered him, “If I have spoken evil (kk), bear witness of the evil (kk); but if well, why do you strike Me?”
29 Pilate then went out to them and said, “What accusation do you bring against this Man?”
30 They answered and said to him, “If He were not an evildoer (kk), we would not have delivered Him up to you.”
Note: They were accusing Jesus not of harm, but of distraction and chaos to divert attention away from their own ministry. That is what useless actions do that..
