Artist Bio: The Sino Hearts became active in Beijing at the end of 2016. In August, 2018, they released their first album 'Leave the World Behind'. The band was founded by Zhong Yuxin in Vienna, Austria, in 2014. Zhong had previously being involved in several Viennese punk bands like Deecracks, Frankenstyle and 2nd Class Substitutes, among others.
Musically they are heavily influenced by early punk rock or rocknroll bands. Listen out for sounds of The Ramones, The Boys, The Real Kids and Buzzcocks in their lengthy repertoire.
Since forming, they’ve been on tour through Germany, Austria, Hungary, China,Taiwan, Japan and South Korea, opening for acts such as Deniz Tek of Radio Birdman (AU)and Mr. Irish Bastard (DE), Tweezers (JP), Brain Failure (CN), all the while honing their sound and keeping their lifelines outside of China quenched and satisfied. The Sino Hearts have become one of Beijing’s most dependable rock and roll outfits— a burst of upbeat, unadulterated power pop that’s fresh, crisp and tons of fun.
