LEAKED "DARPA" Project Proves They've Been Hiding This "BRAIN" Technology for Years

When you combine all this technology with some of the other technology they've perfected, not only do you have remote controlled people to carry out false flag attacks, but you've also got the implanted memories and psychological control needed to provide all the behaviors and awareness needed to "prove" the psychological background and status of the fall guy, steering all attention away from the real cause of the events.... And even though this is now in the awareness of a small segment of society it's still considered far out there enough that it wouldn't be a consideration at all. If it were though, they have technology that can direct the thought process of an entire segment of society.
