Before Jimmy Savile died, he was thought of as some sort of working class hero. He was a well connected dangerous, violent thug who raped & abused women, girls & boys throughout his life. The only reason the public never knew the truth about Savile until after his death was because either people like Theroux were fooled by him (unlikely) or they were in on it. The green room talk about Savile was age-old & everyone knew what he was really about. Except us the public. It took his death for his immense offending record to come to light.

Poor poor Theroux. His spidey senses must have been taking a year out in Borneo or something.
