"As the legal leader of the German Reich, as the leader of the German lawyers, as the President of the Academy of German Law and as the Reich Director of the Reich Legal Office of the National Socialist Workers' Party, I declare at the beginning of your conference the following:
Firstly, it is impossible for Jews to be able to act in the name of German law in the future.
Secondly, German jurisprudence is reserved for German men, whereby the word "German" is to be interpreted solely in the sense of the racial legislation of the Third Reich.
Thirdly, there is no longer any need for the new edition of legal works written in German by Jewish authors. All German publishers want to stop such new editions immediately.
Fourth: As far as possible, the works of Jewish authors are to be removed from official public libraries or libraries serving the purposes of study. These works are to be selected from the leading areas of German jurisprudence and transferred to the departments of the libraries that show the work of the Jews and the Jewish people. The legal works of Jewish authors have nothing to do with German jurisprudence. Such works are merely expressions of opinion by foreign legal observers on German legal ideas and on German legal confusion. In the future, German legal scholars will only have to make use of quotations from Jewish authors to the extent that these quotations are absolutely necessary to indicate a typical Jewish mentality and to represent this mentality. But it is impossible that German doctrinal opinions in the future will be based even somehow on doctrinal opinions that are represented by Jewish scientists.
The realization of these demands outlined by me means the implementation of the National Socialist revolution in legal science, first of all in the negative side of the elimination of Jewry. But let us not forget that the enemy of the world, Judah, is lurking. Let us not forget that this gigantic struggle for the assertion of the German spirit has indeed been won on German soil, but that this struggle will now have to be waged against the united world international of Bolshevik or other world Jewry.
