Orlando DNR Part 4 The Full Mooney

Part 4 explores the theory that CGI was used to create the witness...Demetrice Rawlings. A computer map was made using the face of young Paul Mooney who is now in his 70s. this map was digitally placed either over Paul Mooney's current face or possible place over the face of a another actor like Eddie Murphy or someone else. Lots of ideas here. Please note that alignment dot at the corner of his mouth..I forgot to mention it in the video.
