Perhaps you missed this sobering documentary when it was first released in 2007. BUSHII was still POTUS, a lame duck POTUS but still in office and warming Dick Chaney's seat. W had always wanted to be a "Wartime President" and by hook or by crook he got his wish, much to the detriment of the Iraqi people. The candor of the hoodwinked members of the outgoing administration is unparalleled to this day. Federal employees whose only mistake was to think that they were in their lofty positions to make a positive difference in the growing chaos that was Iraq were left holding the body bags of hundreds of thousands of innocent "collateral damage" civilians.
