An Armed, Ignorant Moron makes a powerful tool!-Vigilant-Sol
Yes. Preferring to hire people who don't have high IQ test scores is a widespread practice within the entire United States police force dating back to when the police were established in this country as Native and Slave Control and Capture Forces. The rationale includes many reasons but the most prominent is those with lower IQ scores are less likely to challenge authority making them easier to control. They also are not inclined to get bored easily and quit. Yet the number one reason has been they are more aggressive when hunting, capturing, arresting, detaining, and maintaining captives and are less remorseful and emotional and can return to work faster after police involved incidents where people are seriously hurt or killed. This practice of IQ discrimination has been recognized, supported by the government for centuries, and made legal by local and federal governments.
Rights are not given to us by any "Constitution". "Liberty" like Fee Simple Titles are Feudal...... Our Rights are based in Morality. No one has the Right to use force on anyone that does not present an imminent threat. No job can give anyone "Extra Rights"! TacoBell employees with Guns have the same legitimacy as Police.
