I read and own the Earthing book that Clint wrote. I am barefoot 98% of the time. I wear deerskin moccasins so the earthing still works and I am not insulated from the earth. Earthing mitigates the non native EMF in your environment. I even have grounding wires in a few places in our home that I use to ground while indoors. I also sleep while being grounded. I earth our dog too with a wire on his bed so he gets the benefits of grounding as well. I got rid of our WiFi and cordless phones years ago due to our dog and me being sensitive to EMF's.
Great info on earthing / grounding in this video but ignore the planet, globe, evolution lies... I also do not agree with the parts saying meditation is good for us, opening your mind / thoughts leaves you open for demonic possession. Plus "mother earth" is yet another lie we were told. Our Creator will not be pleased with those pushing these lies.
This info is why I earth / ground myself as much as possible...
