IN REGARDS TO CONFUSION TO DGB/BTC market.

-It was LTC that I deposited on Huobi and sold for BCH and withdrew fine. DGB wallet is offline there and thus the price is much higher there. This allows users to arbitrage the fund if they own DGB ont he site and buy on other exchanges at a lower price. I will need to research soon why their wallet is offline but the fact it is a higher price is positive thing. This means that I will still have to use Poloniex to trade DGB/LTC at this time until the wallet is fixed.

When you have wallets experiencing issues and you hold coins in your own possession than if an exchange is experiencing issues you can trade at another outlet.
