The Government Caught Poisoning the Water

This guy flat out busts them and on Video. I saw a Gov vehicle in the River just two days ago in Central Nebraska. I have a good, good friend who has seined minnows from the River here for 60 consecutive years and the life is dying and he is finding dead minnows all over the sand. He says he has seen nothing like this in all the years doing this. The minnow supply is WAY down. He used to be able to get multiple gallons of minnows and now those same minnows - the sand shiners have disappeared, only smaller ones remain and even their population is WAY down.
