Nike, Coke, American Airlines SLAMMED for “woke politics” – as consumer policy group says: “We’re putting corporations on notice.”
A seven-figure ad campaign has been launched calling for the corporate American giants to FOCUS on their customers instead of “woke politics.”
Consumers’ Research described their ads as a ‘MAJOR NAME AND SHAME’ campaign – releasing three 30-second clips to air nationally on cable, as well as local markets where the companies are based.
Will Hild, a Consumers’ Research exec director, said the ads call out American Airlines for “receiving billions in taxpayer bailouts” while laying off “thousands of employees during the Covid pandemic,” plus Coca-Cola and Nike for “exploiting foreign, potentially forced, labor in China while American workers suffer.”
Each of the ads is also extremely critical of all 3 the firms recent opposition to election-integrity bills in Georgia and Texas – concluding with: “Serve your customers, not woke politicians.”
