Ascension symptoms anyone?

I woke with puffy eyes and felt it was a good of a time as any to share what some of these ascension symptoms can look like. Here I go over a few of the physical symptoms I have most commonly experienced. My video cut off at the end and wanted to add in here a few ways I alleviate symptoms when I have them. Quantum Healing, Reiki, Wim Hoff Method breathwork and cold water exposure, grounding bare feet on the earth, rest, yoga, and meditation are a few of the most common ways I've found that brings the best and quickest relief.
