Drive N Rant - Feel It Heal It - Seeking Life History Pain

So Ive been seeking more breakthroughs by my process and adding a new pricess, where I focus on an era of my life say when I was 23 and go back in time and advise my younger self on what different things I would do differently, knowing what I know now, analysing my circumstance back then and any problems back then.
I seldom have dwelled on those times because its a bit painful to do so - its uncomfiotable to look back at the failures and the unresolved and often chronic problems and any underachievment in work and love. But because thats where the pain is, thats where the gold is.
If I am to hold down jobs longer than 8 painful months Ill need to heal this people pleasing programming.
If I an to get a gf, Ill need to reduce or banish the deep shame that brick walls my pursuing my wants.
Returning to the bad old days with a fresh approach is cathartic and ends up feeling good. Ive been doing this for multiple eras in my vast 42 years. Its so good to do this, I feel.
