Before I saw this message (tears are STREAMING, I am a MESS) I was having a really bad day.. er week.. er month.. er last 4 years. I am a combat veteran and the sheer relentlessness of this particular set of years has found me pressed against the limits of human mental and physical existence. In the past I would have wallowed in hopeless sorrow and guilt until I collapsed. Today my significant other was thrown in jail by his own mother.
