THE AGE OF LUCIFER BEGINS

The Satanic Thulian Society, is devoted to many forms of occult study, just as much as it is devoted to preservation of LaVey's original Satanic philosophies and spirit, and to aid in heralding in a new Satanic Renaissance. To this end we officially announce the ending of all previous Satanic Ages and AEons, and announce the Dawn of the Age of Lucifer.
It is perhaps one of the lesser addressed parts of Satanism, and also one of the most influential. Our ages in history or the “Ano Satanas”.
The tradition of dating our events with the term “Ano Satanas” and whatever the roman numeral is started with Dr. LaVey announcing 1966 as the first year in the Age of Satan. The numerals afterwards refer to how many years in has been since its commencement.
The Church of Satan has continued with this tradition even to this day. However, there is much more to it than the CoS has taken note of. To the CoS we are still in the Age of Satan. The truth is that Calendar ended on October 29th 1997, with the Epoch of LaVey’s death.
To be clear the 20th century has been all Hell’s rise to power in the astral cycles. Beginning with HarWer’s age beginning its long shift with Crowley, and ending with the dawn of LaVey’s Age of Satan.
Set and Horus (HarWer: "Horus the Elder") were predynastic complementary _neteru_ throughout a variety of contexts: north/south, night/day, stellar/solar. They were not originally antagonistic, but were portrayed that way when later incorporated into the Osirian cult. Then Set was recast as Osiris' mortal enemy and Horus (as "Horus the Younger") as Osiris vengeful son. In the J/C Satan vs. YHVH antagonism you see the ghost of the Osirian mythos, complete with Jesus as the HY son-god and Isis/Mary as his mother. This is explored extensively in Massey's works, and in many more conventional analyses of ancient religion as well.
