Controversial Bill 207, Conscience Rights, Michelle Rempel, Conversion Therapy and Freedom

My video on yet another inexplicable non-conservative opinion by MP Michelle Rempel. How does she constantly get it so wrong? Not only does she align with strange sorts like Morgane Oger (who gets rape shelters defunded because they only accept real women as clients, and lists anyone who disagrees with gender fluid theory as a hater and has created a "hate map" of such), but also, Michelle wants a ban on "conversion therapy" which will put a clergyman (among others) in jail for "praying" for a gender confused person.

Add to that her disagreement that doctors should have any rights to refuse to engage in medical practices that go against their values. She wants to force people into losing their freedom of conscience... in Canada... What kind of politician is she; a closet Liberal/NDP? She needs to come out...just cross the floor...go to the dark side.

There is a controversy brewing over Bill 207 introduced by UCP MLA Dan Williams in Alberta. It's a private member’s bill dealing with conscience rights for doctors and it was voted down at a committee hearing at the Alberta Federal Building, but it is not dead yet and will be reheard coming up this Monday.

An NDP MLA Janis Irwin said, “There are members of the UCP government who have a history or a track record of attacking LGBTQ rights and women’s rights,” she said.
This is the problem. The left sees a doctor's rights to operate according to their conscience as an attack on LGBTQ or women's rights.
