Start preparing yourself mentally for what is coming. As you inter mingle with the world or your own family over the next week, look at them and say for every other one, your dead, your not, your dead, your not. Can you really take that? The mailman? Your mechanic? Your neighbor? Don't pick and choose just as you go through your week, every other person you see just think to yourself...dead...dead...dead...dead. Your favorite waiter or waitress, the guy at the hardware store, your veterinarian and so forth. Dead. If you think that will not have an affect on you mentally...you are kidding yourself.
