This is the first episode of the David Plan and I welcome you.

The David Plan is a laymen’s website designed to help men get closer to God. It is a non-denominational ministry looking to help males from 18-100 to examine their heart and walk closer with Jesus. The site will be a no-holds-barred look at Christianity and the world today. The goal of our project will be to look at the tough questions facing today’s Christians with a “No Compromise” attitude.

Using King David as our role model, we will show how men can be the leaders that God has asked us to be. And make no excuses, men are asked to be the heads of our communities. We are not asked to be perfect, but we are asked to be leaders in the Church, the family, and our societies. And this responsibility should not be taken lightly. As Paul said, Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong. Let all that you do be done in love. (I Corinthians 16:13-14)
