The song was created by me using a scene from season 3 , episode 13 of Raising Hope , in which Todd had sung on the episode , and I had made a voice clone out of his singing voice on PlayHT .

While I do admit Todd is not a singer , but rather he is an actor instead , I admit he could 've been a really good singer , had he sung this song as like a part of a campaign for people who are diagnosed with cystic fibrosis ( which Todd was born with , by the way ) or he would 've sung this song for the awesome and wonderful clean shaven men , women , children , and non-binary people who feel like there is way too much bearded men representation in the world of celebrity dress up games , fashion dolls , anime , famous female celebrities , K-Pop , and Jeff Stinco in total .

I hope that one day or so , Todd finally sings an actual cover of Exceptional to remind all clean shaven people of all ages that you are exceptional and beautiful just the way you are without facial hair .
