But as soon as the Hive learns of the Enterprise, it turns its focus on them, and Captain Kirk in particular. This hilarious parable has everything a Trekkie could want- a viciously trolling enemy, Kirk smacking people, Spock losing his cool, a Kirk existential crisis, cheesy special effects, an over the top ending, and even the typical glib closing scene.
