Spokane PD almost hits a pedestrian & conversations with the public

While out cop watching in Spokane Washington in a busy area of downtown I decided to just stand and film on the corner. Being highly visible I thought it would be a good opportunity to educate and have some conversations with members of the public. Check it out and let me know what you think.
