CHEATING vs Rulick Unit Defense: Can one player beat it?!?!?

Hey there! Got a bit of a long one for ya. Rulick Unit Defense is a game that appears to be impossible to beat in a single-player mode, because of pop limitations. So I wanted to see if by min-maxing and getting the most OP units immediately would set me up with an end-game victory. It doesn't turn out how you'd expect!

Also: I'm trying to use mods like ninetuple-tech to see if its possible to completely wreck these bois without any negative side effects. The default enemy civ is Persians which get some OP bonuses like faster military, so eventually I plan to break down and expose which civs are the best to play as and see if its possible to use mods to "create" a more fair game for the single-player to take on. More on this later....
