Welcome to my Channel! I will discuss and give helpful tips and tricks for navigating your life in an effective and meaningful way observing our behavior.

The focus of this Channel is on behavior and how it affects us and how it may affect others in our lives. It will also center on skill building and practicing skills to achieve mastery in certain life skills, like self-management, organization, time management, goal setting and performance tracking. I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and I love to talk behavior!

All of the tips and tricks on this Channel are not intended to replace a mental health therapist or a behavior therapist, they are merely helpful techniques that may work for you and your life.
