Too Close to the Sun: documentary on Cold Fusion and early people relating to this discovery (1994)

This is a documentary video by BBC Horizon, from around 1994.
It's very hard to find and that's why I've uploaded it. I tracked a copy down years ago and it's been difficult to upload on YouTube, managed to for Vimeo but that's a bad copy as video/audio sync gets worse, video is pixelated etc, so I didn't bother until remembering now to do it here.

It is occasionally referenced for the whole Cold Fusion controversy, it has a few short clips of Stanley Meyer and his water powered car.
There's also a bit with Dr Randell Mills from Black Light Power, now Brilliant Light Power. He has published 3 large volumes in physics which are freely downloadable from his site: GUP Grand Unified Theory of Physics.
