From a 90-minute talk i gave at 'Freedom Rising' in Los Angeles, focused entirely on solutions we can implement right now. Since we are under the Uniform Commercial Code (and NOT the Constitution), we must claim and reserve our Rights at every signature to protect our Freedoms.

Every system of law must have a code for a party to reserve their rights upon entering an agreement, especially when it is based on a "Western democracy." Use it or lose it. Your rights DO NOT apply automatically. If you don't reserve and claim them, you waive them.

Make sure your signature goes into the code, otherwise it may be digitally removed later.

- criminal intent
- probable cause
- caused damage or harm
