A Democrat activist judge in Wisconsin has ruled that the 1849 abortion law specifically listed under abortion in the state’s statutes actually only covers “feticide” and not actual abortions. On top of this, she is delaying court proceedings until the newly elected Democrat to the state’s supreme court is sworn in which is of course convenient considering she ran on specifically repealing this law.

In this video we take a look at this clear Democrat abuse of judicial power because they don’t have the votes in the Wisconsin state legislature to repeal its abortion law.
