It's not like there's a camera on almost every street corner, but to blatantly stand there in a civilized society and infringe upon people's rights - ? Injected people have bluetooth addresses too? It's almost no different than governments that drop crates of guns and drugs into a neighborhood and expect people to not take, use, or sell them.
