Note:
A key point to note is that Billy's photo and film footage date back to a time when computer technology was not even in its infancy (pre-digital/pre-photoshop era). During that period, the photo and film industry could produce trickery or special effects, but it was so expensive that it could only be carried out by photo and film studios. Therefore, it would have been financially prohibitive for Billy to produce trick photos and animated films, as he never had a studio or the necessary equipment for it. Moreover, Billy had no knowledge of photo and film technology whatsoever.
