Starbucks Reserve in Hanoi - The Siphon Coffee Maker

The siphon coffee maker, also know as the vacuum coffee maker, brews coffee using two chambers where vapor pressure and vacuum produce coffee.

Recently I traveled to Starbucks Reserve in Hanoi where I was fortunate enough to see one of the master baristas making a customer a Thermos of coffee.

This method of coffee making is said to be the best method of producing a quality cup (or more) of coffee.
