Free Speech Anarchy ft. Valeda

This is the first of many tracts I am planning to write in
my attempt to overthrow the way things are.

Starting with speech.

I believe in the complete and total freedom to say whatever you want
without any resrictions. Currently there are many restrictions on free
speech. For instance libel and slander, but I don't care about that and
I think you should be allowed to libel and slander people....
It doesn't matter to me. This will create a fun kind of chaos,
and I'm on board with that, libel and slander are gone, not even
hard.

Next:
Shouting fire in a crowded theater, this should simply be legalized.
If someone shouts fire in a crowded theater, you're allowed to hate
that person, you're allowed to say they should be beat up and
you're allowed to say they should be killed, if they cause a
death from their actions they should be plastered all over the
newspapers. But it shouldn't be illegal, pile as many other consequences
onto that as you want, but not legal ones. Because maybe I want to
shout fire in a crowded theater, maybe that would make me happy.

Thirdly:
Incitement, I propose that we create a new class of criminal.
Free speech murderers, who kill with their words, but never actually
harm anyone or take part in any murders, other than to incite others
to do so. Admittedly, this will cause chaos, which is a good thing,
but if someone is repeatedly killing people with their words,
then you will of course have ample reason to incite that person's
murder yourself, and somebody will probably do it. On the flipside,
I believe we should drastically increase the punishments for murder,
if you commit a murder and it is proven, for any reason, you should
never get out of prison, you die in prison. If you're Anders Breivik,
