I found this old VHS 1989 recording of William Cooper talking on planetary "leaders" involvement with UFO's and interactions with our planets "leaders", I had never listened to Bill Cooper before, but I found this after listening to him "predict" 9/11 a few months before and him bringing up Bin Laden before we heard of him.
I would take what he says seriously. The original quality of the recording was awful and the sound barely listenable, so I spent a few hours remastering it.
Its now a pretty awesome lecture/presentation.
