Do you remember the cup that is half full, half empty? Optimism says what? Half full. Frankl says, "You're wrong." Frankl will agree with me saying that the cup is half empty and it's going to be completely empty.
Dr. Paul T. P. Wong talks about if believe that the cup has to be half empty because you know the drink is meant to be empty, but hope lies in the fact that it can always be refilled.
