Look into this to avoid neurotically worrying about what you and others do and say. Unless changing your normal gender is the best thing you can do and you're great at it in masculine or feminine ways it's probably the worst and you'll never be comfortable or let anyone else be.
Confusion, anxiety and frustration related to social constipation and gender neutralization may be causing communication problems. Gender responsibility is less promoted today, but if it is then 95% of people who are straight can be good at what they do plus anybody LGBTQ too.
