With these videos I’m sharing my passion for assisting people to shift from identifying oneself as a separate body/mind towards knowing oneself as transparent, unlimited and ever-present awareness.

Apart from an archetypical genetic coding we take on limiting beliefs about ourselves at an early age. Often without realising, these beliefs drive our suffering.

Questions for Self Inquiry is helping to become aware of the core beliefs that are running our lives.
