Pokemon Vs. Kanto Rules: 3rd Edition

The full ruleset being followed for the "Pokemon Vs. Kanto" series. This ruleset is current as of Episode 11 (Sandshrew)

CHANGES FROM THE PREVIOUS EDITION:

-Any unused Rare Candies will now deduct 5 minutes from a final game time.

-Double battle policy has been changed: While they will still actively be avoided, if one does happen, the non-starter pokemon must take as passive a role as possible.

-Removed the comment about not experimenting with the National Dex being enabled by default, due to the Pikachu run proving it to work as intended.

-Added a rule about moves with Flinch procs. They're allowed, but reliance on flinch procs to win is disallowed. Fake Out is exempt from this rule.

-Added a rule banning the Sand Veil ability being used in conjunction with Sandstorm
