Dermot points out a trick which was implemented many years ago and which was finalized when the #Trudles regime came to power - the difference between a corporate entity and a Natural Person. On documents where your name is written 'Bob Simon', this refers to a natural person with human rights, whereas the 'BOB SIMON' on your driver's licence is a 'corporate fiction' which you can choose to 'act as an agent of', taking on all the restrictions and limitations and penalties which come with 'acting as an agent of a corporation'. For instance, have you ever wondered why a government can decide how it is you should drive and operate your OWN PERSONAL VEHICLE? Its yours, if you own it, yet through this legal loophole, a country can impose restrictions on your usage of it on public roads ( now on private roads ) all while bypassing the 'Natural Rights' one has under Common Law. Basically, while acting as an agent of a corporation, you are bound by the corporation's regulations which can be changed 'ad-hoc' and do not have to comply with the Human Rights Code of Canada. The fact that the law can be perverted in this way is essential for collecting taxes, fees and fines, and imposing these arbitraty and insane lock-down restrictions.
