For this video CJ is dressed with the following clothes:
Special: Cop (uniform) - obtained after dating Barbara to 100%
Haircut: Bald & Stash - $25
Fat: 35%
Muscle: 24.5%

I used a save-game editor to give CJ the Cop uniform. In a normal game it's not available until after dating Barbara to 100%
