Solar Sailors, a Star Trek fan production trailer

In a brand new Star Trek fan film, cadets fly primitive solar sail spacecraft in a race that requires ingenuity and improvisation in order to win. The race is set in a neutral, small solar system called the Trappist system with six planets. Nearby, the USS Ezekiel is investigating strange hydrogen plasma clouds. Then they discover a drifting Klingon spacecraft, whose crew were killed by neutron radiation. The source of the radiation is revealed to be a uranium processing plant on the sixth planet, and the aliens on planet 2 request that the Ezekiel destroy it. The real mission of the galactic music group The Nebula Girls is also revealed.
As the Ezekiel and the aliens prepare for a joint commando raid to destroy the plant, more Klingons arrive, seeking vengeance for their lost crew. Now, the Ezekiel, the Klingons and the aliens ally to destroy the plant before it can poison the delegates on the second planet.
This Star Trek fan film is based on Star Trek the original series created by Gene Roddenberry. It is presented in two parts to comply with copyright rules governing Star Trek fan films. Some Star Trek fan films are little more than people standing around talking about political and social issues. If that is what you were expecting to see, you won’t find it here.
