Step 2) Need to block the package geoclue2-2.4.10-2.fc28.x86_64
Need to add the following to /etc/dnf/dnf.conf
sudo vim /etc/dnf/dnf.conf
exclude=geoclue2-2.4.10-2.fc28.x86_64
