Store of Memories

I was nudged to re upload this short meditation today. 2-24-2024
A short meditation to take you into the past to find the lessons in your life experiences, the thoughts of if you could change an outcome, or a memory, would you?
While I listened to this before uploading it, a second floor with a staircase on either side of a loft appeared in front of me, if you are led to a different area, there is a reason, some knowledge, and a lesson behind it that only you can realize. Don’t judge yourself, follow your guidance and see what your higher self wants to show you.
