Released in 2015, 3 years before Tim Bergling (Avicii)'s death.
Officially labelled a suicide, the media reports about Bergling's death left many skeptical.
Beside the fact that the death occurred on April 20, a date seemingly of significance according to some and cited over and over again in David McGowan's work 'Programmed to Kill', the shady circumstances surrounding the young man's final days, the alleged cuts on the throat in addition to the wrists cut open, generated incredulity in regards to the investigation's conclusion, "no criminal suspicion" or evidence of foul play. A conclusion also applied to the deaths of witnesses in the frame of the dutroux case, some found with throats cut open, btw.
Avicii's death occurred in Oman, a country labeled “Tier 2” on the human trafficking watchlists issued by the US Department of State. Medias reported he had died in the resort of Muscat Springs, where he had been staying for a week and later that he had actually died outside the resort, in a luxury farmhouse surrounded by high, imposing walls and owned by Omani royalty.
According to wikipedia the Oman Police was able to draw a conclusion and exclude any criminal involvement in less than 24 hours. Very impressive, needless to say:
