Redding, California, August 11, 2020. Angry veteran Carlos Zapata pleads to the Shasta County Board of Supervisors at a public hearing to stop being a part of the horrendous nonsense. He accuses the board of being complicit mask wearing cowards perpetuating unnecessary suffering by suppressing the community’s ability to feed their families. He blames the board for six veterans he knows that committed suicide because of losing their jobs. Ultimately, he leaves them with a grim ominous warning to open the county, let people feed their families, and remove the masks or suffer an unstoppable revolution.
