A champion 14 year old son and a scumbag criminal Cop

New Mexico the land of entrapment. Come on vacation, leave on probation and return on violation. This cop and all cops are legitimate criminals who use the "Color of Law" to deprive others of their rights. They must all be arrested and held accountable. This son is an amazing bold and compassionate young man, Bravo young man...... good work.

"One may come to the aid of another being unlawfully arrested, just as he may where one is being assaulted, molested, raped or kidnapped. Thus it is not an Offense to liberate one from the unlawful custody of an officer, even though he may have submitted to such custody, without resistance."

"An illegal arrest is an assault and battery. The person so attempted to be restrained has the same right to use force in defending himself as he would in any other assault and battery."
For all you who lack a legitimate and practical comprehension of law allow me to help break down the truth here. Color of law is not Positive law. For a Legitimate crime to exist that would give cause for an arrest by Cop there must be corpus delecti, a body of evidence also known as a real victim. Without mens rea(malice and criminal intention) or a Damaged Party(corpus delecti) the arrest was unlawful and illegal.
