Hello and welcome, my name is Floris de Clercq and I will be guiding you through this meditation that will help you access your three centers of intelligence, the Head, Heart and Gut, so that you may find the direction and clarity, that is appropriate for you right now.
Remember, the right answers to your life’s questions are within you, however, stress, fear and anxiety—confuses, distorts and blocks your natural intuitive and rational abilities, hence, a relaxed state of meditative awareness is appropriate for this exercise.
This meditation is a guide to help you help yourself. Practice this meditation whenever you want to make a clear decision that will effect your greater good. Enjoy the process.
