Delaware river has now frozen from shore to shore in Point Pleasant. The temperature was 15 degrees, with wind gusts of about 30 mph making it very difficult to video this, I would have walked down to the river yet 1. I didn't have my boots on and 2. It was way too cold to be lugging a tripod around today. Maybe tomorrow if the wind dies down. Since it is supposed to be minus 3 tonight the river should be even thinker tomorrow. Perhaps I should try to venture across?? (Only if River Dan assists)
