I've got nearly 30 years of study under my belt and have proven to myself DRIVING is a JOB or OCCUPATION or PROFESSION and given I don't deliver anything or anyone for a paycheck, I AM NOT REQUIRED TO HAVE A BUSINESS LICENSE. That's what the DRIVER LICENSE is! It's a DELIVERY FOR PAY LICENSE. TRAFFIC means COMMERCE.
