In the FBI for 27 years, Gunderson retired as Special Agent-in-Charge with 700 agents under his command and a budget of $22.5 million. And then, as an independent investigator, he ran smack dab into the grotesque business the hidden FBI was involved in: blackmail, extortion, frame-up, cover up, MK-ULTRA, the Monarch Project.
